Product Introduction
PCR series is a product developed for high temperature and wide range of cold and hot cycle applications. It is assembled with high-strength bismuth telluride thermoelectric material, high thermal conductivity and high strength DBC (direct bonding copper) ceramics and high-temperature solder. It can be used in 100 ℃ environment and 0 to 60 ℃ cold and hot cycle application.
PCRM series adopts the "Soft Process" added with elastic colloid on the basis of PCR series. The elastic colloid of "soft process" effectively alleviates the internal stress generated by the device during the cold and hot alternation, so as to achieve excellent cooling/heating performance. The module can run more than 100000 cold and hot cycles within the temperature range of 70 ° C. All cooling wafers and metal parts are coated with a film to prevent oxidation and corrosion under high temperature and ensure that TEC can work under high temperature for a long time.
